Job Description & Requirements
Reporting to the Church Office Manager, he/she will be part of a small team to carry out office administrative duties and provide administrative support to pastoral staff. Prior Administrative experience preferred.
Proficient user of workplace technologies which includes office equipment, computers, social media platforms and related software including Microsoft Office Suite and Publisher.
Ability to execute well and improve administrative workflow for efficient operations
Systematic, meticulous, and attentive to ensure a thorough follow-through of processes
Ability to work independently
A strong team player with a positive attitude for learning and initiative to contribute
Have good interpersonal and communication skills to work with other ministries and volunteers.
Effectively bilingual in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
