Job Description & Requirements


Reporting to the Church Office Manager, he/she will be part of a small team to carry out office administrative duties and provide administrative support to pastoral staff. Prior Administrative experience preferred.

  • Proficient user of workplace technologies which includes office equipment, computers, social media platforms and related software including Microsoft Office Suite and Publisher.

  • Ability to execute well and improve administrative workflow for efficient operations

  • Systematic, meticulous, and attentive to ensure a thorough follow-through of processes

  • Ability to work independently

  • A strong team player with a positive attitude for learning and initiative to contribute

  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills to work with other ministries and volunteers.

  • Effectively bilingual in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
